Terms of service

These terms govern SEO Receipts, SEO chat, the free Google Search Console MCP beta, and paid subscriptions. By connecting an account, asking SEO chat a question, authorizing an AI client, publishing a receipt, or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
Using SEO Receipts
You may use SEO Receipts to publish Search Console metrics, read selected Search Console properties through the free MCP server, and publish optional GA4 AI-referred visit metrics for properties you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for every property you grant to an AI client, the instructions you give that client, the display name, description, links, portfolio copy, and every supporting-data visibility choice you enable. Do not use the service to impersonate another owner, mislead visitors, probe other accounts, or publish unlawful material.
Verification and availability
Traffic figures come from Google Search Console or, when clearly labeled, Google Analytics. They can be delayed, aggregated, anonymized, corrected, or unavailable. Search Console can omit dates with no reported activity and returns a limited set of top search and page rows, so Daily Search Receipts and MCP responses label their exact dates and do not present missing data as zero. Search clicks, impressions, Analytics sessions, and engaged sessions are distinct measurements and are never presented as interchangeable. Google generative-search visibility is not inferred from ordinary Web impressions. Daily and Launch Receipt comparisons, Opportunity Radar signals, AI commentary, MCP client analysis, and generated SEO actions are planning assistance; they do not establish causation or promise rankings or traffic. Verification proves only that the connected Google account can access a property. It is not an endorsement of the site, owner, product, or business.
Free, Pro, and Growth plans
The Free plan includes one public verified site, five one-time SEO chat answers shared across the account, and free use of the Google Search Console MCP beta. Free accounts can use those five chat answers but must upgrade for more answers or before preparing or shipping a recommended change. Pro currently includes up to ten public sites, a weekly SEO cycle when finalized Search Console data advances, private Daily Search Receipts with optional account email delivery, fifteen shared Workbench credits per UTC month, one manual fifty-page Site Check per property every rolling twenty-four hours, ten watched Search Console queries per site, and evidence-bundle exports. Growth currently includes a daily SEO cycle when finalized Search Console data advances, automatic bounded Claude commentary for each new published-property Daily Search Receipt, seventy-five shared Workbench credits per UTC month, one manual two-hundred-fifty-page Site Check per property every rolling twenty-four hours, automatic weekly Site Checks, fifty watched queries per site, advanced internal-link findings, and revocable property-scoped Agent Desk connections. On Pro and Growth, each completed SEO chat answer uses one shared monthly credit, including an answer that performs several research checks. A failed request or deterministic fallback does not use a chat credit. A plan refresh, Fix Kit, or generated coding-agent instruction set uses one credit; an Article Kit uses four credits; and a reviewable GitHub pull request uses five credits. Scheduled SEO cycles, Daily commentary, deterministic site checks, performance measurements, watchlists, exports, and free MCP calls do not use Workbench credits. The MCP beta allows up to five active AI-client grants, thirty requests per minute, five hundred uncached Google-backed calls per day, five filters joined with AND, and one thousand rows per response. Identical results can be cached for fifteen minutes. The free MCP grants and paid Agent Desk connections are separate features with separate authorization. Monthly Pro is billed at $9 USD and annual Pro at $79 USD. Growth is billed at $29 USD monthly or $249 USD annually. Each Article Kit includes up to two bounded revision passes. Checkout controls the final price before purchase, and taxes can be added where required. Cached results for unchanged evidence and failed work products do not consume another credit. Limits and future prices may change, but a new price does not apply to an already-paid billing period without notice.
Legacy Founding Pro
Founding Pro is a closed legacy program and no new reservations are offered. An account with an activated Founding Pro slot continues to receive the available Pro feature set without a recurring subscription for the lifetime of that account and service. An existing unexpired reservation can still be activated under its original email-confirmation and on-site badge requirements. Founding slots are numbered, non-transferable, have no cash value, and remain consumed after deletion. They do not promise that every present feature or SEO Receipts itself will exist forever.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid Pro and Growth plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can change or cancel a plan in the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless you delete the account. Account deletion cancels an active Stripe subscription immediately before removing local data. After paid access ends, one site remains public and additional sites become private without losing stored history.
Refunds
You can request help with an accidental or duplicate charge by contacting us. Refunds are considered based on the circumstances and any rights required by applicable law. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge; canceling alone does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
Data and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Google, MCP authorization, publishing credentials, and account data. Google Search Console, the AI client you connect, TrustMRR, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, analytics providers, and any publishing provider you connect operate under their own terms. You must have permission to use every connected site, repository, content system, token, and webhook. You are responsible for reviewing each Article Kit and for every draft or live publication you ask SEO Receipts to create. Removing a connection from SEO Receipts does not remove content already created in that provider.
Disclaimers and responsibility
SEO Receipts is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, that generated SEO actions are complete or correct, or that published metrics will satisfy a particular commercial, investment, acquisition, or marketing purpose. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
